A Familiar Face in a Sea of Allergists

From the annual American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology meeting in Washington

Toward the end of a very interesting paper session on asthma treatment, I turned around to see who was still hanging around for the Q&A session and spotted a familiar face….my own allergist.  Seeing him sitting there listening intently was very reassuring to me because it meant that the session clearly had clinical relevance and was worth covering. More importantly to me though, it’s always a good thing to find that your doctor is up on the latest research.
