There was a lot of talk about money in Washington last week and in particular whether the government could afford to fund some big-ticket items in health care like comprehensive reform and a pay fix for physicians. This time around Congress was too late.

For more details on the impact of the pay cut, check out this week’s Policy & Practice Podcast. You’ll also hear more on the partisan bickering on the cost of heath reform and some bad news for the health insurance industry.
