President Obama is expected to sign the final piece of legislation in the health reform overhaul effort later today. But already opponents and supporters of reform are turning their attention to implementation. Most physicians will tell you there are many good things in the new law and some disappointments, but the real test will come in how the administration works out the details. In the meantime, patient advocates are joining with insurers to try to enroll as many people in the new insurance options as possible.
